Colony Tire and Service

The level of tire service and quality of customer service at Colony Tire in Kingsport, Tn was beyond excellent. We were traveling and experienced a flat tire and were able to make it to Colony tire on our "doughnut". The staff was present when we went in, and they were immediately friendly and able to offer help. They fixed the tire immediately and we were able to get on the road swiftly and confidently. While they were working on the tire, everyone was friendly and communicative and we felt confident, relaxed, and grateful for such a quality team. Many kudos to Tim, Tim, Brian and Karen. I highly recommend this team.

I had to call them for road service today when our tractor trailer had a busted tire and rim. They were super fast in arriving and getting the issue fixed. An hour after calling, the driver was already up and running. I recommend them and am so happy I found them today!

Would have given 0 if I could very Rude terrible customer service wouldn't help fixed my tire wanted me to purchase a new one when I didn't need one: Answer to you response... NOT TRUE!! my tire was repaired 4 miles away it still had air all it need was a patch their staff was 100% Great great service and also treat people with respect you associate didn't even allow us to buy a used tire say NOOO right off the bat you should teach your employees to treat customers with respect and no act like an ogre by the way the person he was rude to not only is he the owner of the company but a Pastor.. Having employees like that one is going to make you lose a lot of business specially with a Great shop less than 4 miles away be careful and wise how you all speak and treat people

These guys are awesome! I took my motorhome there after two other commercial tire places in town couldn’t get the front tires balanced and didn’t take the time to figure out what was wrong. Colony Tire is definitely a business that I would recommend to anyone who needs tire service. They figured out that the tires were bad and handled the warranty claim even though I purchased the tires out of state.
